About this role
Direct Care Staff are responsible for the engagement, supervision, and guidance of teens at Hope Harbor with particular emphasis on life skills, social skills, daily living, and Christian mentorship and faith development. Our Marshall, MN location serves girls ages 12-17 and houses up to six teens at a time. Shifts available include 2:30 pm-11:30 pm M-F, 11:30 pm-8:30 am awake overnights on weekdays, 8 am-4 pm or 4 pm-12 pm weekends, and 12 am-8 am awake overnights weekends. We have full-time at least 32 hours a week (typically four shifts a week) and part-time available (under 32 hours per week). This is an afternoon and evening weekday, and afternoon, evening and overnight weekends, shift position. We do NOT offer weekday morning ("8am-5pm M-F") hours.
Full time hours in this position currently would require a mix of weekday evening shifts, and weekend awake overnights.
