JOB OVERVIEW
Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. is currently recruiting an upcoming or recent law school graduate to join a collaborative team focused on sophisticated estate planning, tax strategy, and business succession planning. Work alongside experienced attorneys on complex matters involving wealth transfer, closely held businesses, and multi-generational planning while helping clients preserve the legacies they have spent a lifetime building. We are seeking the right person for a long-term fit and are focused on finding someone who shares our commitment to excellence, teamwork, and client service.
ABOUT THIS POSITION
The successful candidate should be collaborative, client-focused attorney who enjoys working closely with colleagues and clients in a team-oriented environment. Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships. Experience in tax, estate planning, probate and trust administration, or related areas is preferred.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Ohio or be eligible and intending to become licensed in Ohio. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Dayton, Ohio, with work-from-home flexibility as needed. Coolidge Wall has a large secretarial and paralegal support staff to assist in making our attorneys highly productive.
