Argon 18 is a premium performance cycling brand with a global presence across road, gravel, triathlon, and endurance cycling. As we continue to strengthen our commercial operations, we are looking for a highly organized, commercially minded, and digitally savvy Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

This role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing. You will play a key role in coordinating digital campaigns, supporting sales initiatives, managing commercial projects, and helping ensure a seamless customer and dealer experience across our online platforms. We are looking for someone who combines strong organizational skills with a structured, data-driven mindset and a passion for digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate and support commercial campaigns across sales, marketing, and digital channels.
• Support dealer and distributor communications with sales tools, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Assist with launch planning, campaign execution, and seasonal commercial initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between product, sales, marketing, and operational teams.

Project Management & Commercial Operations

• Manage project timelines and coordinate key stakeholders to ensure on-time execution.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and commercial review processes.
• Maintain reporting and KPI dashboards across sales, digital, and marketing activities.
• Help improve business processes by bringing structure, consistency, and accountability to project execution.

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with email marketing campaigns, website content updates, and digital communications.
• Support SEO, digital advertising, social media, and customer engagement initiatives alongside the marketing team.
• Track campaign performance and provide recommendations based on insights and analytics.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital merchandising activities.
• Monitor website performance, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Work closely with the E-Commerce Manager to ensure accurate and timely execution of digital initiatives on the B2B.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, digital marketing, or commercial operations.
• Experience working within a digital, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with reporting tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
