SP Jain London is a young and ambitious business school, three years into an exciting growth journey. This is a great opportunity to join a small, hands-on IT and Operations team at its Canary Wharf campus and play a visible role in keeping the campus running smoothly for students and staff every day.

This is an exciting and varied role, ideal for someone with experience working in facilities/ building management, IT support, operations, or even hospitality. Regardless of your experience, you will enjoy working with people, and like working in a busy and varied environment, taking pride in maintaining a well-run space and supporting great student experience.

What you will do:

Support the setup and preparation of teaching rooms, meeting spaces, and event areas ahead of each session Manage all incoming deliveries, ensuring items are received, logged, and distributed promptly Coordinate contractor and visitor access, including parking arrangements and on-site supervision Carry out regular campus walkthroughs to identify and report maintenance issues Maintain stock levels of stationery, vending machine supplies, and other campus consumables Ensure communal areas, kitchens, and shared spaces are consistently tidy and presentable Provide first-line support for basic IT and AV issues in teaching rooms and common areas Assist with the setup, movement, and reconnection of IT equipment including computers, printers, and display screens Support health and safety checks across the campus, including fire safety and Legionella requirements Support the planning and delivery of key campus events and inductions Take ownership of campus operational coverage across your assigned shifts, including one mandatory weekend day per week

Location: London (Canary Wharf)

Working Pattern: On site five days per week, including one mandatory weekend day

Reporting to: IT and Operations Manager

About you:

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and self-motivated, with experience in a facilities, operations, or campus support role. You will be comfortable working with technology and able to provide basic IT and AV support as part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

You will be a clear communicator with a professional manner and a genuine commitment to delivering a great experience for students and staff. Reliability and punctuality matter in this role — the campus depends on you being there and being ready.

A basic understanding of health and safety in a workplace setting is essential. Experience in a higher education or professional services environment is desirable, as is first aid or fire warden training.
