We are hiring Maintenance Technicians to support a high-speed food and beverage manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and packaging equipment to maximize uptime and ensure safe, efficient operations.
Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- 12-Hour Rotating Schedule
- Overtime available
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC-controlled systems.
- Respond to equipment failures and emergency breakdowns.
- Repair and maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, and packaging equipment.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation.
- Follow all GMP, food safety, and safety procedures.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and industrial controls.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- Food, beverage, packaging, or consumer products manufacturing experience.
- Allen-Bradley PLC experience.
- Welding and fabrication skills.
- Technical degree or trade certification.
- Experience with high-speed production equipment.

Work Environment
This position works in a fast-paced manufacturing setting around automated production and packaging equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working with industrial machinery, varying temperatures, and following GMP and food safety standards. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
