Job Title: Commercial Service PlumberJob DescriptionThe Licensed Commercial Service Plumber is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. This role requires skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment. The plumber will perform routine maintenance, service, and repair work independently while also training and supervising apprentices.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Perform skilled plumbing tasks independently and in training settings.
- Conduct routine maintenance and service tasks.
- Repair various plumbing fixtures and equipment.
- Supervise and train apprentices in plumbing tasks.
Essential Skills
- Strong knowledge in construction and plumbing techniques.
- Proficiency in installation and piping.
- Ability to work with PVC materials.
- Excellent customer service skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $124000.00 - $124000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
