Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on tooling equipment, eyelet machinery, punch presses, and stamping equipment. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production machines. Additionally, the technician will maintain, repair, and rebuild tooling assemblies, die sets, punches, and related manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure tooling machines operate efficiently and produce quality parts.
- Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and tooling installations.
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with Tool Makers and Production personnel to resolve equipment and tooling issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders.
- Follow all safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $83000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.health dental 401k pto, room for growth
