Job Title: Production Associate
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing, production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, and material handling environments.
- Skilled in operating production equipment, performing assembly, quality inspections, machine setup, basic troubleshooting, and reading work instructions/diagrams.
- Experienced with pallet jacks, inventory support, picking, packing, loading/unloading, order fulfillment, and moving materials throughout the facility.
- Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, ability to lift 30+ lbs repeatedly, work long shifts, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.50 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
