- 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM
- Monday-Friday with rotating weekends
Job Description
We are hiring Housekeepers / EVS Technicians to support one of Oklahoma's leading healthcare systems in Edmond. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.
Responsibilities
- Deep clean patient discharge rooms and non-occupied patient rooms
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces and patient care areas
- Strip, remake, and prepare beds for incoming patients
- Handle, transport, and dispose of soiled linens
- Clean isolation rooms while following strict infection-control procedures
- Mop, sweep, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas
- Follow all hospital safety standards and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 200 lbs
- Ability to follow strict cleaning, safety, and infection-control procedures
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edmond, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
