Job Description

• Assemble drawers at a bench station throughout the shift using hand and power tools.
• Install hardware on cabinets and drawers according to production specifications.
• Use screwdrivers, power drills, and other hand tools safely and effectively.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining consistent quality and attention to detail.
• Follow established production processes, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Assist with general production duties such as packing and packaging finished products as needed.
• 1st shift: 6:30am - 4:00pm, Mon - Fri

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers and drills
• Comfort working with power tools, including power drills, in a safe and controlled manner.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods while maintaining quality standards.
• Basic understanding of production, assembly, and general labor processes.
• Capability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Attention to detail when installing hardware and assembling drawers.
• Reliability in adhering to scheduled shifts and meeting productivity expectations.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burlington, NJ.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
