Position Type: Seasonal / TemporarySchedule: Various Shifts Available Location: Fulfillment Center, Sioux Falls, SD Our fulfillment center is seeking motivated and dependable Seasonal Package Handlers to join our warehouse team during peak operations. In this role, employees will work in a fast-paced distribution environment, handling packages on conveyor systems and ensuring customer orders move efficiently through the fulfillment process. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work safely while meeting productivity goals.
Essential Job Duties
- Load, unload, sort, and move packages throughout the warehouse.
- Monitor and work alongside automated conveyor systems to ensure smooth package flow.
- Scan, label, and verify packages using handheld RF scanners and warehouse technology.
- Identify and resolve package jams or operational issues on conveyor lines.
- Stack, palletize, and prepare packages for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or package handling experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working around conveyor systems and automated equipment.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing and walking for extended periods.
- Repetitive lifting, reaching, bending, and twisting.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
- Ability to safely lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
