- Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or structural steel environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, welding symbols, and fabrication instructions.
- Strong MIG welding skills with experience using measuring tools to ensure quality, accuracy, and dimensional compliance.
- Ability to safely operate welding and fabrication equipment, lift up to 50 lbs, and work efficiently in a production environment while meeting quality standards.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
