Warehouse Technician Conveyor Jam ResponsePay: $23.00/hour Schedule: Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat | 6:00AM-6:00PM or 6:00PM-6:00AMJob Type: Seasonal Contract (November 16th Mid January)Overview Aerotek is hiring Warehouse Technicians to support operations within a large distribution and fulfillment center. In this role, you will monitor conveyor systems and respond to material jams to keep warehouse operations running efficiently. This position involves walking throughout the facility, using long-reach grabber tools, climbing ladders when necessary, and performing basic maintenance support in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor conveyor systems and material handling equipment for operational issues
- Clear conveyor jams using long-reach grabber tools and approved procedures
- Climb ladders and elevated platforms to access jammed equipment
- Perform basic maintenance and inspection tasks using hand tools
- Support warehouse operations by minimizing equipment downtime
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 49 pounds
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures while working around automated equipment
Requirements
- Warehouse, production, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights when needed
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Ability to work day or night schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to safety and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
