Aerotek is hiring Production Workers for a growing aerospace manufacturing company in Post Falls. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, or production experience who are detail-oriented and comfortable performing repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and manufacture aerospace components
- Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Use hand tools and production equipment
- Meet daily production goals and quality expectations
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or general labor experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
