DETAILS
Cutting Machine Operators (Bindery)
- Assist with machine set ups and flow of products on the machines
- MUST be okay with standing for 8-10 hours a day and frequently lifting 50lbs
- Loading and unloading the machines with materials.
- Review and preflight customer files for print readiness.
- Perform color correction and color matching to meet print specifications.
- Generate PDF proofs, contract proofs, imposed proofs, and mock-ups.
- Create and output printing plates for production runs.
- Prepare die files and coordinate with finishing departments.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure jobs are completed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience
- Experience in manufacturing roles performing general labor, machine operating, or roles where you are working with machines or being mechanically inclined!
- Mechanically inclined - "Handy man" driven to fix machine jams
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand all day 8-10 hours a day

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $79040.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Strong benefits plan, 401K + 3% match, family owned company. Health, dental, and vision included as well
