Job Duties
- Prepare, package, and inspect orders for shipment
- Build and secure pallets using hand tools, nail guns, staple guns, and banding equipment
- Perform material handling and order preparation tasks
- Assist with loading and shipping activities
- Learn forklift operation through company-provided training
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support daily production and warehouse goals
Requirements
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving, packaging, or general labor experience preferred
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
- Forklift experience is a plus; training available
- Strong attendance and reliable work ethic
- Team-oriented with a focus on safety and quality
- Stable work history preferred
- Must be able to pass a drug screening

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.55 - $20.55/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
