Aerotek is hiring General Production Workers for a growing wood products manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in production, manufacturing, construction, carpentry, warehouse, or general labor who are looking for stable, long-term employment.
Job Duties
- Operate hand tools and production equipment
- Work with wood and lumber products
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
- Perform quality inspections and product checks
- Monitor equipment and report issues as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Production, manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred
- Comfortable working with wood and lumber materials
- Experience using hand tools safely
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong attendance and work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Stable work history preferred

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
