Job Title: CNC MachinistJob DescriptionAs a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for interpreting and applying customer specifications, entering specifications into CNC machines, setting up tooling, and monitoring machine operations. You will adhere to 5S principles in your work area and perform tasks while following all safety protocols. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply customer specifications.
- Enter specifications into CNC machines.
- Set up tooling for machines.
- Monitor the operation of CNC machines.
- Follow 5S principles in work area.
- Perform tasks while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of experience with CNC Mill or CNC Lathe.
- Ability to edit CNC programs.
- Proficiency with micrometers and calipers.
- Possession of two forms of valid ID.

- Experience in writing CNC programs.
- Manual CNC experience.
- Above average math skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.

- Ability to handle complex machines and tools.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is climate-controlled, offering comfort and stability during your shifts. Multiple shifts are available: weekday shift from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, and night shift from Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM to 1 AM, with a shift differential.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $63000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.100 % benefits paid for after 60 days
