Job summary
We are looking to recruit for a Charge Nurse/Sister to work in our ED.
The CN/SR role you will work across the ED to support the Senior Clinical & Nursing team. In order to deliver this support, you will need to have a firm understanding of local and national initiatives which will help the ED meet the New Emergency Care standards. This will allow us to continue our commitment to our community of the delivery of compassionate, safe, and effective care.
As a Charge Nurse/Sister you will also be working in the Resuscitation area and will be responsible for initial patient assessment, advanced life support; patient monitoring and individual's ongoing care.
Successful applicants will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a B5 staff nurse within Emergency Nursing, or equivalent emergency pre- hospital care, you should possess a wide range of appropriate clinical skills and have a keen interest in developing your career in Emergency Care.
