Main duties of the job As a Band 5 Community Nurse, you are expected to deliver a high standard of care to patients and their families, working with a supportive team. You will work within a 7-day service, providing care during the hours of 8am to 8pm. The role requires strong communication and organization skills for delivering positive experiences at every stage of the healthcare journey. Furthermore, possessing a flexible approach is crucial. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes are necessary. Ideal Candidate: We're looking forBand 5 Nurses with an RGN qualification and license to practice, to join our community nursing team.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
