Lucid Private Offices runs premium private office suites in Class A buildings across multiple states, and we’re growing. Here in DFW, we need a hands-on Facilities Engineer to keep our spaces sharp: painting, drywall, light electrical and plumbing, and the details that make an office feel high-end. No resident emergencies or trashed units. You’ll work in clean, professional workplaces.
- What you’ll do Suite make-readies: after a member moves out, get the office ready for the next one with paint (cut and roll), drywall patching, carpet repairs and detail work Repairs and work orders: lighting, outlets, fixtures, sinks, kitchenettes, small leaks, doors and locks, and mounting TVs, signage, art and blinds Breakroom appliances: basic troubleshooting and fixes Preventive maintenance: routine inspections and upkeep across all sites to prevent small issues from turning into bigger problems Manage your own tickets in Freshdesk on a company-provided iPad and plan your day across sites What you bring Hands-on maintenance experience.
