The Transportation team in Brazil is looking for a Principal Transportation Program Manager to lead high-impact programs that shape how millions of customers receive their packages. In this role, you will define and drive the strategic roadmap for transportation related projects, working at the intersection of operations, technology, and business strategy. You will own end-to-end project and program delivery. Key job responsibilities
- Own cross-functional program delivery end-to-end, coordinating with Operations, Finance, Real Estate, Transportation, and Technology teams
- Establish structured governance mechanisms and communication cadences to keep senior leadership informed and aligned throughout the program lifecycle
- Influence VP and Director-level stakeholders by developing compelling business cases, managing executive escalations, and proactively addressing risks and dependencies
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying systemic gaps in processes, tools, and metrics, and implementing scalable solutions that raise the bar for the broader organization A day in the life
You will work directly with the local Director in all projects related to the Transportation teams of Amazon Logistics in Brazil.
