Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual to lead our fixed-bay calibration operations. Unlike traditional automotive mechanic roles, this position is clean, computerized, and procedurally driven. You will be utilizing advanced optical laser alignment frames, high-end scan tablets, and OEM diagnostic software to align and verify vehicle safety sensors (forward-facing cameras, radar units, blind-spot detectors, and 360° surround-view systems).
Qualifications & Skills
- *Tech Literacy:* High comfort level with software interfaces, computer diagnostics, tablet menus, and electronic hardware troubleshooting.
- *Precision & Spatial Awareness:* Exceptional attention to detail; comfortable taking laser-guided measurements, verifying vehicle centerline/thrust-angle geometry, and strictly following sequential step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- *Process-Driven Mindset:* Ability to follow strict technical manuals without cutting corners?accuracy and safety compliance are our highest priorities.
Pay: $35.00-$39.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
