Customer Service Representative
Brant Form Teck- Woodstock ON
Job Type: *Full-time*, Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
We are seeking a passionate, driven, and hardworking *Customer Service Representative *to join our team! As an *Customer Service Representative *at Brant Form Teck you will provide general administrative support. With a positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic you can help contribute to the further success of our company!
*What you will do: *
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and delivery personnel at the front desk
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Perform accurate data entry
- Process incoming orders by verifying that all details are accurate and consistent with prior quotes. Create job in Job Boss
- Assist with document filing, scanning, and organization of paperwork
- Support office staff and shop managers with administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean and organized workspace
- Use Microsoft Office programs and Job Boss
- Other duties as assigned
What you will need to succeed
- A positive attitude and willingness to continuously develop your skills
- Ability to learn Material Resource Planning software (JobBOSS)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and perform with a high level of accuracy
Required Education and Experience
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Previous administrative/office experience an asset
