About The Role
We?re looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Associate to join our kitchen and countertop retail team. This is a permanent position with weekday and weekend availability required.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable in a customer-facing environment, and is looking to build experience in sales and the renovation industry. Previous industry experience is not required ? we?re willing to train the right person if you?re prepared to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage showroom visitors, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Showcase our renovation services and product offerings with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations for kitchen and countertop solutions.
- Assist clients with inquiries, quotes, measurements, and communications.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring it's clean, organized, and well-presented at all-times.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with our products, services, and industry trends.
What We?re Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset.
- Comfortable with basic math and measurements.
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and take initiative when needed.
- Full-time availability, including weekends.
- Interest in kitchens, interiors, renovation, or design is a bonus.
