As a Customer Service Officer, you?ll support customers seeking help with pest concerns and connect them with the company?s services.

Clear, attentive support helps customers understand their options and take informed steps toward addressing infestations safely.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and other communication channels.
- Listen carefully, clarify concerns, and provide relevant service information.
- Record customer details and interactions accurately.
- Help customers understand available services and next steps.
- Communicate customer needs clearly to the appropriate team members.
- Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and a clear, helpful manner.
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
- Analytical skills to understand enquiries and identify relevant information.
- Preferred: bilingual or multilingual communication; sales or upselling experience.
