The opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong accounting judgment with curiosity, commercial thinking, and an interest in technology.
You will oversee our accounting team, ensure financial work is completed accurately and according to clear procedures, and help ownership understand where the business can improve profitability.
Beyond reliable financial statements, we want someone who asks useful questions: *Where are we losing margin? Which products or channels need attention? Where should pricing change? What work could we simplify or automate?*
NetSuite, AI, and automation are important to how we want to grow. You will have the opportunity to improve processes, reduce repetitive work, and create more time for analysis and better business decisions.
You should enjoy a fast-moving environment, be comfortable investigating unfamiliar problems, and take satisfaction in bringing structure and clarity to a growing business. We value someone who can challenge an assumption respectfully, recommend a practical solution, and follow through.
Why join BMG?
*Make a visible difference.* Work directly with ownership and see your recommendations influence pricing, profitability, processes, and business decisions.
*Build rather than just maintain.* Shape the reporting, systems, and procedures that support our next stage of growth.
*Put technology to practical use.* Help us make better use of NetSuite, AI, and automation to improve both efficiency and financial insight.
*Join an energetic, down-to-earth team.* We enjoy working together, welcome ideas, and want people who bring enthusiasm as well as expertise.
