About this role
We are seeking Certified Dental Assistant to join our team for parttime. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing quality oral healthcare services to patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs
- follow strict infection control protocol
- Patient communication
- Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take dental x-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
Requirements
-Must be familiar with four handed dentistry
- Certification from a Canadian accredited dental assistant program
- Must be able to place Rubber dam
- Must be able to do polishing
-Must have experience in assisting surgeries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
