Bramalea Tire is hiring *Full-Time Tire Technicians* to join our team in Brampton.
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Previous tire installation experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Safely position, lift, and secure passenger vehicles and light trucks using automotive hoists.
- Remove and install wheels and tires safely and correctly.
- Dismount and mount tires onto rims without causing damage.
- Operate tire-changing machines, wheel balancers, and other shop equipment as trained.
- Properly torque wheel fasteners according to vehicle specifications.
- Safely drive customer vehicles into and out of service bays.
- Handle and organize scrap tires in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.
- Work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
- Provide timely, professional service that contributes to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous tire installation experience is an asset but *not required*. Training is available.
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and handling tires and wheels.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
- Ability to maintain clean, appropriate work clothing and a professional appearance.
- Flexibility to work additional hours during busy spring and winter tire seasons.
Work Schedule
Full-Time | Typically 40 hours per week
Approximately 5?6 shifts per week, depending on scheduling and seasonal demand. Overtime pay is provided when applicable.

- Monday: 8:00 AM ? 5:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM ? 5:30 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM ? 5:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM ? 5:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM ? 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM ? 2:30 PM
- Sunday: Closed
