Job Overview
As a Sales Representative for Parlez Wireless TELUS & Koodo, you?ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, answer product questions, and help them choose suitable options. This customer-facing role combines sales, service, and organized store support.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, listen to their needs, and provide clear, courteous assistance in person and by phone.
- Explain product features, conduct demonstrations, and use appropriate upselling to help customers make informed choices.
- Process purchases and payments using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and complete basic calculations.
- Maintain merchandising displays, organize sales materials, and manage time effectively while coordinating with colleagues.
- Availability to work between Perth & Smiths Falls locations
Skills
Required: Clear communication, customer service, sales ability, basic math, accurate cash handling, POS familiarity, and professional phone etiquette support daily customer interactions and transactions. Preferred: Retail sales or cashiering experience, technology or technical sales experience, product demonstration skills, merchandising knowledge, and strong organization and time management are valuable.
Pay: From $17.95 per hour
