Our company continues to grow, and we are currently looking for a full-time *Accounts Receivable Clerk* to work in our *Victoria *office location.

Working under the direction of the Director of Finance and Office Manager, your main job tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Applying daily deposits to customer?s accounts
- Sending out customer statements
- Interacting with customers over missed invoices and payments
Qualifications
- Past experience in AR
- Experience in Financial Reporting would be an asset
- Experience in distribution industry would be an asset

- Attention to detail and accuracy essential
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Organized, orderly, and efficient
- Reliability essential
- Multitask, prioritize and cope with interruptions
