Answer the telephone, take and relay messages and direct calls to the appropriate person Maintain the office diary, scheduling of appointments and meetings as required and do so with access to the managers outlook calendar. Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and other professional such as GP, DN and others who may visit the home Understand the arrangements for ensuring that residents are safeguarded against the risk of abuse by identifying the possibility of abuse and preventing by responding appropriately. Ensure all files are up to date and ready for auditing as required. Attend staff meetings as required to take minutes for the dissemination of information about the service and service development, peer support and exchange of ideas.About Agincare

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

A minimum of 12 months on your right to work. Experience within an administrative function, ideally in the Health & Social Care industry. Ability to demonstrate excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills and have a good level of IT competency.
