We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Practice Nurse with excellent communication and clinical skills to join our well-established, friendly and innovative practice. The position is for 24 hours per week, salary depending on experience.

As a practice nurse you will play a key role in providing patient centred care, including:
- Administering vaccinations, immunisations, and travel health advice
- Child immunisations
- Providing wound care, dressings, and other minor procedures
- Supporting health promotion and lifestyle advice initiatives
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated individual with the following qualifications and skills:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
- Previous experience in a primary care or general practice setting is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- Chronic disease management ie Diabetes, Respiratory etc advantage but not essential as training will be provided
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A patient-focused approach and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Good timekeeping essential
