This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview
- Full-time or part-time within Monday - Friday
- Provide medical director services and round on patients
- Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
- No nights or weekends
- Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes Chicago and Harvey, Illinois
Compensation and Benefits
- W2 position with full benefits

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Illinois state license as a psychiatrist
- Eligible for independent practice and billing
- Open to new grads
- Experience with inpatient hospital work as a psychiatrist a plus
- Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
