Description
TeamHealth is seeking an experienced and visionary anesthesiologist to serve as facility medical director at Ascension Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
This is an exceptional opportunity to combine clinical excellence with strategic leadership in a well-established, collaborative anesthesiology practice within a respected community hospital setting. As facility medical director, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the practice while maintaining a rewarding clinical role.
Practice Details
- 157-bed level III trauma center
- Established anesthesiology team consisting of 3 anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs
- 5 anesthetizing locations
- Approximately 5,000 cases annually
- Broad case mix including - orthopedics, ENT, GI, neuro spine, vascular, healthy pediatrics, ophthalmology, podiatry, no OB, cardiac, chronic pain, urology, or epidural responsibilities
- Strong collaboration with hospital leadership, surgeons, and perioperative staff
- Opportunity to lead quality initiatives, operational improvements, physician engagement, and clinical excellence programs
