Junior AR Officer with Spanish
We are looking for a candidate with:
Spanish C1 & English B2 – C1 (essential for client's communication purposes)
Degree level in Finance, Business, Economics or basic knowledge of O2C / finance operations
Willingness to contact customers by phone
Strong customer orientation
Good communication and negotiation skills
Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop
Good team player
Your key activities
Be responsible for managing and collecting the debt
Contact clients by phone, e-mail and discuss their overdue payments
Build relationship with external customers
Maintain and reconcile AR accounts
Collaborate with clients, customers, and other departments
