- Pay: $16.50/hour with opportunity to earn more with incentives
- Part Time Schedule: 5:00 AM - 10:00 AM, Monday through Friday, 20-25 hours per week. This is permanent, year-round employment.
Position Summary
We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who enjoy staying active and being part of a team. As a Part-Time Lumper, you'll play a critical role in keeping our warehouse operations moving efficiently by unloading inbound freight, organizing product, and helping prepare merchandise for distribution.
Position Responsibilities
- Safely unload inbound freight from trailers.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise for warehouse operations.
- Move product using pallet jacks and approved material-handling equipment.
- Inspect freight for visible damage and communicate concerns to leadership.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety standards and procedures.
- Support daily warehouse operations through various material-handling tasks.
- Work closely with team members to achieve productivity and service goals.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
- Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
- Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift, Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting, and Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry
- Pass pre-employment drug test
Preferred Qualifications
- 6-12 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience
- Foodservice distribution or related industry experience
- Experience using a motorized pallet jack
- Previous warehouse, unloading, or freight-handling experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
