Position Responsibilities

Processing customer claims
Processing warehouse damages
SOX compliancy
Counting of inventory
Returning products to live inventory
Locating product to the appropriate bin locations
Working alongside internal and external sales reps, Purchasing, Accounting, and Client Care
Monthly Dryroom Inventory Count
Maintaining a AIB compliant work area
Any other duties assigned by a supervisor.

Skills & Experiences

Applicant must possess excellent math and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be able to work with little or no supervision
Ability to work in the Freezer / Cooler
Able to consistently lift 30lbs
Organizational skills and customer-first focus
Pallet Jack and Reach Truck operations are required along with RF and DCMS applications

Physical Demands &Working Conditions

Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, and position: up to 10 lbs. regularly, up to 25 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
Physical ability to handle objects, tools, and/or controls.
Physical ability to stand for a significant period of time and walk continuously.
Physical ability to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, or crawl.
May require the ability to operate and/or be certified on various powered equipment.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment which will expose the incumbent to a variety of noise and potential extremes in temperature.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
2+ years in a warehouse environment
Able to operate forklift and pallet end rider (walkie)
Administrative support performing basic math and computer data entry skills
Pass a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
2+ years in a warehouse environment and interfacing with customers within the foodservice industry
Able to operate forklift and pallet end rider (walkie)
