Position Title: US Stock Keeper
Location
- Tiama Americas – Maumee, OH USA
Job Summary
- Contribute to the receiving, storage, preparation of orders, and shipping responsibilities, in addition to performing and maintaining 5S for the warehouse.
Reports to Title
- US Logistics Manager
Responsibilities
- Perform in the recieving of deliveries
- Confirms the accuracy of deliveries
- Labeling of parts
- Perform the physical and computer movements for a possible change of physical location
- Ensures daily movements and storage of parts
- Participates in inventory
- Participates in the organization of the stock and the maintenance of the order.
- Ensures the logistics stock, repair, and quality within the warehouse.
- Prepares orders for spare parts/equipment to be repaired miscellaneous equipment and
- Prepares parts for production orders.
- Ensures the packaging work according to the Work Instructions
- Ensures the labeling work and ensures the presence of necessary documents.
- Performs loading and unloading operations.
- Ensures the movement of equipment or machinery if necessary.
- Performs item movements within the IRP
- Utilized the ERP database on a daily basis and reports anomalies.
- Performs Quality Control
- Perform and maintain 5S for the warehouse daily.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in operation of a forklift not necessary but considered a plus
- 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role preferred
- Computer skills and Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Knowledge in the use of hand scanners, bar codes, and WMS preferred
Qualifications
- Driver's license
- Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 50 pounds

Travel Expectations
- The travel requirements for this position will be less than 5% of the time and could include domestic and international travel (to visit other company locations, suppliers, and/or customers).
