- We are looking forward to hire Data Analysis Professionals in the following areas : Data Analyst (Technical Business Analyst) – EDW to Snowflake Migration Position Summary We are looking for a Data Analyst to support business and technical teams throughout the EDW to Snowflake migration.
- The role will focus on requirement gathering, data analysis, source system assessment, data validation, and business rule documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements and data requirements.
- Analyze existing EDW reports, dashboards, and data assets.
- Perform data profiling and source system analysis.
- Define and document source-to-target mappings.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify data quality issues and transformation requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Validate migrated data between EDW and Snowflake environments.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities.
- Create reconciliation reports and data quality metrics.
- Maintain business rules, data lineage, and requirement documentation.
- Facilitate workshops with business users and technical teams.
- Required Skills Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts.
- Experience in business process analysis and requirement gathering.
- Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of data profiling and data quality assessment.
- Experience creating source-to-target mapping documents.
- Familiarity with Snowflake architecture and cloud data platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Preferred Skills Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience in ETL testing and data reconciliation.
- Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Informatica.
- Experience 5+ years as a Data Analyst/Technical Business Analyst.
- Experience in EDW modernization or Snowflake migration projects preferred.
