- Your Key Responsibilities Execute the production of prototype components at the project level, collaborate with Prototype Engineers, utilize QCD-optimized processes, support Kaizan and IDEAS initiatives, and engage in cross-functional training and knowledge sharing.
- Set up and run complex jobs on the manual machining centers Perform manufacturing processes according to process plan.
- Document required data per control plan and quality database.
Your Qualifications Associate's Degree or High school Diploma with demonstrated experience/Journeyman Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment for bonding, heat treat, balancing, riveting, staking, pressing and machining Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers Experience with print reading and geometric tolerances As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
