- How You’ll Make an Impact As a Scientist you will support the development of nutraceutical formulations, prototypes, and technical data through hands-on laboratory work that advances innovation projects, customer opportunities, and new product launches.
- In this role, you will: Develop and evaluate prototype formulations across multiple dosage forms including liquids, powders, gummies, tablets, capsules, and emerging delivery systems.
- Conduct formulation optimization, stability studies, and compatibility assessments.
- Support new product development projects from concept through commercialization.
- Screen new ingredients, technologies, and formulation approaches and provide support to proof-of-concept work for innovation projects.
- Monitor scientific and market trends relevant to nutraceutical applications and contribute with ideas for new products, technologies, and application concepts.
- Design and execute laboratory experiments following established protocols, as well as analyze, interpret, and document experimental data, prepare technical reports, presentations, and project summaries.
