- Job Responsibilities Ensure outsourced work scopes are transitioned according to Infomate laid out procedure Develop and maintain KPI for the client delivery Maintaining good client relationships Optimize and develop staff performance Person Specifications Strong Accounting, Month End Finalization & Team Management Skills 6+ years relevant work experience in Finance and Accounting with prior experience in the BPO Sector Completed/ Following a relevant degree program or a professional qualification in Finance/ Accounting Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills Good knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel with analytical skills Willingness to work for the Australian Time (6.30am to 3.00pm) and Calendar If you are an enthusiastic individual passionate about reaching the greatest heights in the field of Finance & Accounting, then this is your opportunity.
