Main duties of the job As a Support Worker with Enable, you'll play a crucial role in supporting a young adult with complex needs to live independently in their own home and community. The role offers both day and night shifts, and involves 1:1 support tailored to the individual's needs - including helping maintain routines, providing personal care, and ensuring their safety and comfort. The individual is non-verbal, requiring staff to be observant and understanding of their communication cues. You'll work in Sturminster Newton, with flexible scheduling to accommodate applicant availability. Qualifications Essential
