SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
负责所辖区域/门店组合的DTP业务执行与结果交付，直接面向门店开展重点门店运营、患者管理、院店联动及业务问题闭环。岗位需将RAM目标转化为辖区行动计划，并独立协调客户及内部资源推动落地。
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- 承接RAM DOT目标并拆解至所辖城市、门店及重点客户，形成清晰的区域行动计划。
- 直接负责TOP门店运营、患者管理、院店联动、DOT及重点品牌动作的执行与结果跟进。
- 基于业务数据及现场洞察识别门店差距、患者路径问题及业务机会，制定改善方案并持续闭环。
- 管理所辖门店组合及客户优先级，根据业务潜力、患者需求和资源效率合理安排投入。
- 协调医院端、药店、内部支持资源，解决辖区业务推进中的复杂问题。
- 按DTP标准执行患者管理、专业赋能及风险治理要求，确保业务动作符合公司合规边界。
- 及时向RSM反馈市场、政策、客户及执行变化，并沉淀可复制的一线实践。
REQUIREMENTS
- 学历：本科及以上；医学/药学相关背景优先。
- 经验：建议3年以上医药、肿瘤、DTP或零售渠道经验；具备重点客户或复杂区域独立负责经验优先。
- 业务判断：能够理解区域业务目标，判断门店/客户优先级，并在有限资源下做出合理取舍。
- 门店经营：具备重点门店运营、患者路径理解、院店联动及门店改善能力。
- 数据与问题解决：能够使用数据识别业务差距、评估执行效果并形成具体行动方案。
- 沟通协同：能够独立协调药房、医院端及内部支持资源，处理复杂客户和业务问题。
- 结果与合规：具备较强结果导向、独立负责意识，同时具备良好的合规判断及患者管理边界意识。
