Job Description
- 1. Review all SPH requests received from APAC CSR team and evaluate whether all APAC warehouses can support the request from both operations, costs and quality perspective.
- 2. Clarify all requirements, with a strong focus on label related requirements.
- 3. Coordinate with IT label team on label design.
- 4. Setup the SPH/Root Code in both Oracle and WMS.
- 5. Coordinate with CSR to validate and confirm that the final label design meets customer expectations and requirements once IT label team has completed the set up.
- 6. Troubleshooting on SPH issues.
