Accountable for the production & product delivery to the customer on a given scope (site / region / country etc.). Manage team(s) covering different activities in Secondary Production (eg. operations technicians, maintenance, product compliance etc).

- 2. Establish processes for receiving and addressing incident, hazard, and risk information.
- 3. Collect and analyze operational data to improve plant performance.
- 4. Manage production and maintenance staff, including training and meetings.
- 5. Responsible for staffing arrangements and adherence to quality procedures.
- 6. Responsible for Safety in Operations
- 7. Possess good Analytical skills with appreciation of process control or DCS

- Educational Level: Must have Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Work Experience: This role can be an entry level for fresh graduate or 1 to 3 y exp in related fields
- Strong fundamentals in ASU Process and Gas related IM Filling Centers Operations
Has a standard level of knowledge / expertise in his/her domain
