About this role
- Managing vendor partners relationship and driving the deliverables assigned to technology vendors
- Driving applications integrations between fintech partners & TCL applications
- Should have good Lending Domain knowledge (Origination, loan servicing)
- Manage end to end project life cycles, user handholding and post live support
- Experience facilitating the development and documentation of use cases
- Coordinating for User Acceptance Testing and closure of defects
- Responsible for resolution of queries from users from time to time
- Work closely with internal & external development partners
