Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5-6 years' experience in outbound travel operations, hotel reservations, or cruise packages.
- Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to independently manage complex client portfolios.
- Strong ability to handle client inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings to achieve revenue targets.
- Proven experience in designing and developing customized travel packages, including cruises and tour itineraries.
- Knowledge of ticketing and reservation systems (AMADEUS) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in English (proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage).
