About this role
Risk Management
- Conduct project risk identification, assessment, and evaluation activities to support effective management of threats and opportunities throughout project lifecycles.
- Develop, maintain, and periodically review project risk registers in coordination with project teams, ensuring alignment with corporate and client requirements.
- Perform qualitative risk assessments and support quantitative risk analyses, including schedule and cost risk evaluations, to assess potential project impacts.
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of risk response and mitigation strategies, ensuring timely closure of assigned actions.
- Facilitate risk workshops, review sessions, and stakeholder meetings to promote proactive risk identification and management.
- Analyze risk trends, emerging threats, and changes in project risk exposure, providing recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Prepare and present risk reports, dashboards, risk heat maps, and management presentations summarizing key risks and mitigation status.
- Coordinate with project controls, engineering, construction, commercial, and project management teams to integrate risk management into project planning and delivery activities.
- Provide input to monthly project reports regarding key project risks, opportunities, mitigation progress, and overall risk profile.
- Ensure compliance with organizational risk management frameworks, client requirements, industry standards, and applicable governance procedures.
- Support the continuous improvement of risk management tools, methodologies, reporting processes, and lessons learned practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members in risk management activities and promote risk awareness across project teams.
